For updating your installation of GeneSpring to a higher version or to the latest version of GeneSpring, follow the upgrade instructions provided below:

Upgrade Instructions

• 1. Open GeneSpring
• 2. Select menu item: Tools > Update Product > Update from Web. If you are working with GeneSpring GX v10 or higher then go to Help > Update Product > From Agilent Server.
• 3. GeneSpring will quit and check for updates
• 4. Select the update to the next version and press OK
• 5. Repeat the update process until the software is upgraded to the latest version

These instructions are not relevant for GeneSpring v7.3 or older.
